EPE – Extruded Polyethylene compacting to solid compact blocks about specific weight at output 300 -500 kg/m3. The machine – screw press is product of danish company RUNI A/S. INECS is exclusive partner of RUNI A/S.

Machine specification.
The screw press RUNI SK370 for EPE is based on controled compacting od foamy plastics – mainly EPE For some types of EPE – typically EPE with a small cell structure will re-expand when it leaves the machine. In these cases we recommend compacting into endless plastic bags. The input material is manually or by conveyor feed to pre-shredder where is desintegrated into small cca 50mm pieces and then mechanically compacted by main screw against counerpressure created by compacted material and regulated by hydraulic jaws. Capacity is based on material but obviously is not problem with throughput 200kg/hour.
Dimensions of machine is in attached PDF. Electricla connection needed is 400V 3 phases 50 Hz and fuse 63 A minimum.
Main motor - 15 kW.
