Description

The SAMAG MFZ 2-2 CNC machining center was manufactured in 2005 in Germany. The machine, distinguished by its indestructible design, is intended for automatic processing of details made of metal materials using rotary tools. The milling process is carried out using two high-performance spindles, guaranteeing a significant reduction in machining time and excellent quality and precision.

In order to maximize production efficiency, the milling center is also equipped with two work tables with a rotary axis. This solution allows the operator to load/unload a workpiece from the work table while the machine is processing another part on the other table. Work can be performed in automatic and setting mode. During operation, the SAMAG double-spindle milling machine worked for approximately 40,000 hours and was regularly serviced. The total weight of the machine is approximately 22000 kg.
