The Cheyenne SP2 wood aging machine has been designed and built using the most modern production technologies, those capable of guaranteeing, over the years, solidity, precision in operation and reliability.
Its main features are: vertical sliding system on high-precision rails, adjustable double-spring pressers with 50 mm diameter zinc-plated steel rollers; integrated motor-shaft group, diameter 35 mm, to ensure maximum rigidity; high speed dynamically balanced brushes operating without vibration.
The machine has two independent brushing groups: the first group (steel brush) is used for roughing while the second (silicon carbide brush) is used for finishing.
Adjusting the working depth allows you to change the degree of finish.
Several degrees of finish can be obtained by changing the type of brush used.
Due to its flexibility, the Cheyenne ST2 is an excellent brushing machine, but that's not all: the possibility of changing brushes according to requirements also allows this machine to sand and polish profiled wood.
