The SciTeeX RATIOJET RS-RP2650/6T rotary shot blaster was manufactured in 2016 in Poland by SciTeeX Group. This extremely efficient device is used for mechanical, precise preparation and cleaning of sheet metal and profile surfaces, using abrasive blasting. In this process, a detail with a maximum width of 2600 mm placed in the chamber is subjected to the action of shot ejected under high pressure from six turbines with a power of 15 kW each. The shot blasting chamber is made of high-quality manganese steel, additionally lined with replaceable protective plates.
