CNC Morbidelli Author 504The machine is fully functional and ready for immediate use. The machine can be demonstrated. Training by us (for a fee) in our workshop would also be possible as long as the machine is still connected.
This model was the largest machine of the then new Author series:

Control: ESA TRIA 7500
Console table with a working area of 3540x1230, workpiece thickness max. 80 mm
Milling spindle with 5.5 kW
29 vertical drilling spindles
6 horizontal drilling spindles in X
2 horizontal drilling spindles in Y
Milling spindle with 6.6 kW
1 grooving saw, swivelling in X and Y (grooving machine does not currently start in the workpiece, but starts without any problems)

With C-axis, but was not used by us.

Variable programming is possible. This means that recurring components (e.g. carcase bases, carcase sides) can be processed quickly by simply entering different external dimensions, etc.
Programming is possible depending on conditions.


10 tool change stations on the pick-up changer on the left.
SK 30 tool holder (ISO 30 with ring gear and disc for placing in the changer)

Approx. 16 tool holders are also sold, but without tools.

All clamping devices and hold-down devices are also included in the sale.
