The machine design is compact and allows easy accessibility to all its important sections, so much to enable maintenance as its normal operation. Special attention has been paid to mould exchange, which can be carried out in less than 30 minutes for containers with same mouth diameter, or one hour if preform-bearing module pins must be changed.

The fact that two processes such as preform injection and preform stretch-blowing are kept independent give this machine a substantial advantage over integral equipment. To a lower cost of the machine other important factors must be added, such as low energy consumption, less maintenance, personnel training, etc. and the much easier format changeover.
