HFFS Mod. Euro 600 BA The EURO 600 horizontal packaging machine allows you to create
three-seal packages starting from a flat reel of heat-sealing film. Fully
servo-assisted, it is built cantilevered on a stainless steel frame.
The various groups that compose it are modular and easily removable. The compact dimensions and the
wide range of optional features available make it very flexible and suitable for packaging
a wide variety of food and non-food products. Two large drawers protected with a key make cleaning operations quick and easy.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Loading belt equipped with independent brushless motor, adjustable sides,
easy-to-remove interlocking paddles. Frame construction in AISI 304. Available as an optional
belt extension.
- The former allows you to transform the flat reel of film into a tube with longitudinal
and transversal seams. The machine includes a fixed or adjustable former.
- PTS with 2 pairs of 120 diameter sealing wheels for pulling and sealing the film with pneumatic opening of the first pair. The transmission is hermetic in a grease bath, independent and brushless motorized. Easily removable interlocking upper plates.
- Overlock cutting unit equipped with its own brushless motorization and epicyclic reduction gear. Stop in phase with open welding.
- Unloading belt with independent motorization external to the machine. Easy to clean and
compliant with FDA regulations.
- 7.7" color touch screen. Start, stop buttons (also present on the loading belt), reset, emergency and pulse gear selector from HMI. Up to 40 recipes can be stored.
- Possibility of choosing the left or right version depending on the needs.
