The Sormac knife peeler is ideal for peeling washed (round) tuber-like products with a diameter between 30 and 180 mm. The Sormac knife peelers MS are designed for the continuous peeling of pre-cleaned or pre-peeled tuber-like products such as potatoes, beetroot, celery, etc. The drum has a special shape that effectively prevents flat peeling of the product. The knives also have a special location so that the cutting result looks as if it has been peeled by hand.
Capacities: with 40% peeling, the supply capacity is 1,500 to 1,750 kg per hour. For subsequent peeling (approximately 20% peeling), the supply capacity is correspondingly 3,000 to 3,500 kg per hour.
