The machine can cover the weight range from 30 to 180 g and the minimum production speed is 1.000 pieces/hour and maximum 3.000 pieces/hour at two rows.

The dough gently handled thanks to a dosing star system, is compressed in the portioning chambers, which appropriately adjusted give the required weight with a less maltreatment of the dough and a better product.
