The STAR SB-20R type G CNC automatic lathe, built in 2014 in Japan, impresses with its small size and a number of functions that enable virtually any machining on details with a maximum diameter of 20 mm. The extremely durable and rigid structure additionally ensures incredible stability and stiffness of the process, necessary to obtain excellent precision and quality of turning.

The lathe uses two headstocks (main spindle and intercepting spindle) with a C axis, whose engines guarantee high power for versatile use of all cutting tools. The use of an intercepting spindle in combination with driven tools allows for completely independent post-capture machining. The STAR SB20R type G CNC turning center also has a revolutionary guide sleeve replacement system, allowing you to switch operating modes between the mode with and without a guide sleeve.

The offered STAR MICRONICS longitudinal automatic lathe is also equipped with, among others: with an FMB turbo 2-20 / 4200 A bar feeder, a 6-station knife holder with a cross-section of 12x12 mm and an easy-to-use FANUC Series 0i-TD CNC controller. The double-spindle CNC lathe weighs 1,750 kg.
