The STAR SV-38R CNC automatic lathe, manufactured in 2015 in Japan, was designed to offer unrivaled flexibility and to streamline the processing of complex details. Thanks to its wide functionality, the machine can be used in many industries, such as: automotive or aerospace industry, for precise machining of inclined surfaces, including angular holes at the front and back.

The offered STAR SV38R longitudinal automatic lathe stands out from other lathes available on the market by using as many as 11 axes and two headstocks (main spindle and intercepting spindle), driven by reliable, high-power engines. This power is used for versatile use of cutting tools taken from a tool post or a 10-position turret. To guarantee high stiffness and stability at the cutting point, the double-spindle CNC lathe uses a special system for guiding the Z-axis spindle tip through the head.
