Description

Industrial washer WIR 4H/OSK with a trolley and a standard basket

This device allows for degreasing and rinsing by spraying and drying with hot air blowing various types of details in an automatic working cycle.
The elements are placed in a basket with external dimensions of 660x480x300 mm
equipped with a cover. The movable structure of the basket lid, which can be fixed in any position, prevents the parts from bumping, and at the same time guarantees their thorough washing. In addition, individual layers of elements can be separated with a steel spacer.

The washer is equipped with two independent WASHING and RINSE tanks. Bath
in both tanks is heated and the temperature is controlled by a thermostat.
The WASHING tank contains water with a degreasing agent appropriately selected for the process, and the RINSE tank contains tap water or DEMI

Control
The device is controlled by a programmable controller that enables communication between the operator and the device, in particular:
· programming of automatic cycles consisting of selected operations -
washing, rinsing and drying - 20 programs with 10 operations each,
setting the time of washing, rinsing and drying independently in each cycle,
setting the time of switching on the heating in the tanks,
· setting the time of switching on and off the oil separator.
