Shipping can be arranged through common carrier if desired. Collator is located in Minneapolis, MN and available for local pickup. Allow 5-10 business days after purchase to uninstall machine and prep for shipping / pickup.
Originally purchased for custom application and is no longer needed. Unit operates smoothly and efficiently! Assembled in 2023.

11-Pocket High Speed Collating and Kitting System. Will run from 2” x 3” to 12” x 12” products from .004 to 1.0 inch thick.

Collator will work with virtually any substrate and finish that fits within the size constraint. Fully adjustable to fit your process.

Collated sets can dispense onto any flat belt conveyor. This can be an off-line conveyor or any automatic wrapping or bagging system with a flat belt conveyor. Variable speed conveyor and feeders.

System details:

1. (11) XM1 rebuilt friction feeders. Rebuilt to run like new in 2023. Some cosmetic blemishes.

2. (1) 24-foot L16 Lugged Collating Base Conveyor. New in2023. 2 inch lugs and side guides. With In-line mounts and material control for the (11) XM1 feeders.

3. (1) SC3 System Controller. New. Connects the (11) XM1feeders and Conveyor together to operate as an integrated system. Will connect to any down stream bagging or wrapping system with a 2-wire interface so if downstream system stops, line will pause and wait for downstream system to be ready again, then will resume. Includes sequence on/off functions and color touchscreen for easy of operation.
