TECNAFLU UV PAINTING AND CURING LINE FOR GLASS BOTTLES

Description

The purpose of this painting line is to obtain painted and cured glass bottles ready
for packaging or for subsequent decoration with various techniques such as screen
printing, hot stamping, pad printing, etc.
The use of ultra violet curing paint for this type of article is the newest and most
efficient process on the market so far, this technology allows the conveyor of the
painting line to be reduced in size, which reduces the number of jigs for clamping the
bottles and consequently change-overs to other bottle neck sizes are faster and less
expensive since there are fewer jigs on the coating line. Additionally energy savings
are high since long infrared and convection ovens are not required for the curing of
the paint.
