N. 01 SELF-CLEANING CARTRIDGE FILTER FPT-ZV / FPTC-ZV / FPPT-ZV series rectangular and with counter-current compressed air cleaning, hopper for continuous unloading of the filtered material into a metal bin or big-bag.

Execution with 20/10 mm thick sheet metal panels, rigidly connected with bolts and sealing gasket.

Plant used for type A dusts, combustible and flammable.

Technical characteristics of cartridge filters:

- Fabric type: antistatic polyester cartridges.

- Crossing speed ≤ 0.017 m / s for powders with particle size <10 micron

- Compressed air consumption: about 16.5 Nmq / h of dry and de-oiled air at 3-4 bar.

- Compressed air connection with section to be checked.

- Dimensions: to be checked based on the system air flow rate.


Equipment:

- N ° 1 cartridge cleaning pilot panel with differential pressure switch and hour counter;

- N ° 1 ATEX anti-explosion panel

- N ° 1 splinker for internal washing

- N ° 1 thermal sensor

- N ° 1 metal collection bin

- N ° 1 hopper inlet with dimensions to be verified.

- N ° 1 discharge mouth with dimensions to be verified.

- N ° 1 Star valve model to be defined based on the required air flow rate.

- N ° 1 tank complete with valves for the entry of compressed air into the cartridges and the counter-current washing of the same.
