This is a line for converting wet and dry wipes folded to length, which can handle 12 pre-cut rolls with manual or automatic splicing.

The packager is a work unit designed and built for the packaging of "moistened wipes," produced by the downstream forming unit.
Packaging is done with thermoplastic film using hot welding (longitudinal and transverse) and transverse cutting.
The packages are already prepared to be able to apply closure systems to preserve the characteristics of the product.
The packager was designed exclusively for the packaging of moistened wipes with characteristics defined in accordance with the signed contract. The packaging of other materials is not authorized.
The "Model GENESIS series 40567" line represents a generation of technologically advanced machines designed to meet the different needs of the market.
The raw materials of the packaging group are wound on film carrier spool support shafts (2 spools) which, during unwinding, allow the proper packaging of the wipes.
To contain all the different stages of product processing, the machine develops longitudinally and uses different modules connected to each other during assembly.
The juxtaposition of the basic modules determines on the operator side, a work surface at a suitable height for human intervention and in relation to the different groups for the production of the final product.
At the rear of the packaging module, there are different brushless motors that are necessary for handling all the components of the line.

The "LID" machine has been designed to pick up, glue and then apply the lids on the wet wipe packaging coming directly from the production and packaging line.

The "Lid Loader Model 50449 Series" machine represents a generation of technologically advanced machines, designed to satisfy the most varied market needs.

The lids, loaded into the warehouses, are leafed into pockets, which cyclically bring the products into the robot's pick-up position. Once picked up, the robot will first transport them to the glue spraying position and then deposit the products by gluing them onto the film of the packaging. The loading of the products is performed by IRB360 Robot.

After loading, the packages continue their cycle in the machine downstream.
