FEATURES:Brush Robot Model E4 is a patented system for automatic brushing of jeans to give the "used look" effect. It's a real alternative to other systems that empoy sand or chemical products to achive the same look. It's equipped with 4 brushes: 2 brushes that work the front of the jeans and 2 that at the same time work the back. In other to maximise production and unloading of the jeans whilst the robot continues to work. Different effects can very easly be obtained by changing the type of brushes used.

CONTROLLER:The machine is equipped with the wery latest generation of processors, the B&R It has an LCD screen and Tonello Software that enables you to get the most from the machine, memorising a higher number of automatic programmes. Using a stick, reipes can be transferred between the various machines. The programming uses an intelligent system meaning as it works.
