Tornos micro7 single-spindle lathe

The machine is still connected, but will have to be dismantled shortly, in order to install the new one.

It's functional, but the guide bush bearings and drive will have to be overhauled, and therefore dismantled.

The lathe began operating in 2011, even though the Micro 7 was manufactured in 2009.

The machine has only produced small-diameter Ø parts (1.6mm and 2.35mm) for the dental industry.

As the photo shows, it is equipped with 5 tool holders and one rotating tool, and can be equipped with up to 7 tools and 3 rotating tools.
Various accessories are supplied with the machine and form part of the package:

SEI Filtration fog extractor.
LNS Tryton 112 bar feeder.
STULZ Cosmotec cooler.
