The TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 FIBER laser built in 2014 in Germany is designed for precise machining of details made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. The laser cutter uses the latest fiber optic cutting technology, which guarantees smooth and even edges without any chipping.

Sheet metal processing with a maximum weight of 900 kg is performed by the machine in three axes X, Y, Z with feeds of 3000 mm (X axis), 1500 mm (Y axis) and 115 mm (Z axis). The high-quality beam is generated by the reliable 3 kW TRUMPF TruDisk 3001 disk laser with energy-saving pulse function and intelligent energy management, which significantly reduces power requirements.

The TruLaser 3030 FIBER (L49) laser cutter is equipped with the DetectLine package, which determines the position of the sheets in a very precise way, which enables very accurate additional processing of previously cut details. Measuring the cut focus comb and setting the focus position is fully automatic.

The TruLaser 3030 laser machine tool is controlled both by the modern SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D SL numerical control with a color screen and the MobileControl App, which transfers the control panel interface to the tablet screen. This solution allows you to operate and control the machine in a simple and flexible way from anywhere within the plant.
