FIBER laser TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 was produced in 2013 in Germany. The laser machine tool uses modern fiber-optic cutting technology to process sheets of structural steel and stainless steel, and thanks to retrofitting the machine with special technological data packages, it is also possible to cut brass and copper.

The TRUMPF fiber laser is characterized by rich equipment, wide cutting possibilities and a solid construction that prevents vibrations when changing the direction of movement. The TRUMPF TruDisk 3001 laser source used in the machine supplies a high-quality 3 kW laser beam directly to the universal cutting head with an adaptive lens system. The movable lens system in the head ensures optimal geometry of the laser beam for various sheet thicknesses and materials.

The movement of the laser axis is carried out by a direct Torque drive (X axis) and direct linear drives in the Y and Z axes, which, combined with hardened guides of the highest precision, allows you to achieve high acceleration and high working speed. Laser cutting takes place in a fully lit workspace with an automatic pallet changer for parallel loading and unloading of workpieces with a maximum weight of 900 kg, on easily accessible pallets, without interrupting the cutting process.

The TruLaser 3030 (L49) laser cutter has been designed to provide the user with maximum safety during processing. The construction based on a closed body is equipped with a raised roof, aimed at effective extraction and protection against diffuse radiation, as well as fixed covers with certified glass, ensuring visibility during the cutting process and safety of service. The pollution generated in the working space is leveled by a multi-chamber extraction system with a compact filter.

The TruLaser 3030 fiber laser is offered with a wide range of accessories, including: with light curtains to protect the machine's working area, a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D SL CNC controller with a touch screen, as well as many additional systems designed to increase the efficiency and reliability of the production process.

The machine has also been equipped with a new cutting unit and optical fibre.
