For filling granular free flowing product into stick packets, 5-Up filling with a rotary valve style volumetric fill head, with hopper and level control sensor, last filling 7 grams of granulated sugar at speeds up to 45 to 50 units per minute per lane (250 per minute max), with electric eye film registration, film cutting knives, 1/2" forming tubes, back fin seal and bottom seal with mechanical pull down, with a Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLC with HMI screen, 7.4hp (5.5kw) drive wired for 220/3/60, 7’3” high product infeed (top of hopper), 12” packet discharge elevation, discharges to a 16” wide x 58” long discharge elevator, 1/4hp gearhead drive motor, new in 2018, all stainless steel contact and frame construction, with spare parts, USA service/support available, very good condition.
