SPECIFICATIONS

Equipped with
main 5-axis spindle.
Holder type HSK63F, collet chuck ER40.
1 horizontal spindle for cutting grooves on vertical surface Collet chuck ER32.
Drilling block:
29 vertical spindles, 4 horizontal spindle (direction ?-, ?+), 2 horizontal spindle (direction ?-,?+), 1 horizontal spindle for saw diameter 120 mm (direction along axis X).
Machine is equipped with EPS (electronical positioning system).
Two working tables, every table is equipped with 5 rails with 4 carriages on each. Tables can work in pendulum mode or as a sing table (for machining of long length pieces).
Each carriage can be equipped with sucker cups of two types: clamps with square clamping part, with round and sector clamping parts and vacuum clamps. Everything is in stock.
Tool magazine for 22 tools.
Software: BiesseWorks. Software allows to create any available machining and customize any tool. The program can identify the geometry of named layers in DXF file and automatically create machining. With configured postprocessing program for PowerMill CAM system.
