Listing description

Membrane cleaning plant for reverse osmosis / nano filtration membranes. Installed into 40 foot shipping container. Manufactured in 2009 for a specific 3 month project. Plant was shut down and put into storage in 2010. Capacity is reported to be 1 to 24 standard 8 inch (20.32 cm) reverse osmosis / nano filtration membranes per batch. Clean time is approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Plant requirements:- power supply 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz; approximately 6m3 of fresh water per membrane batch; industry standard alkali & acid membrane cleaners.
Plant includes the following major equipment:
- (1) ISO 40 foot shipping container
- (12) Membrane pressure vessels measuring 2m x 8 inches (20.32 cm) internal diameter
- (1) Cartridge filter to house (19) 2.5 inch x 40 inch (6.35 cm x 101.6 cm) cartridge filters
- (2) 15 kW, 60 m3/h circulation pumps
- (2) 9 kW in-line heaters
- (2) Solution cleaning tanks with capacity of 1200 litres each
- (1) Water transfer pump 0.45 kW (5 m3/h @ 2 barg head)
- (1) Vacuum heat sealing machine
Comes with unused spares:- (1) 15 kW, 60 m3/h circulation pump; (1) 9 kW in-line heater; a selection of valves.
