Simimpianti Plant for production of refrigerated truck panels / Plant for sandwich panels / Gluing plant for refrigerated trucks.

With this plant, you can produce a wide range of van coverings in different sizes and thickness to meet all transport requirements, from small to very long trucks as you can see the examples in the photos.

The plant is used and in very good conditions, complete with aspiration plants all the necessary tools. For the transport, we estimate around 4 semi-trailer trucks (3 of these are exceptional transports).

Production cycle:
The work cycle comprises a sheet of plastic laminate, a layer of adhesive/glue/synthetic resin, a sheet of polyurethane, a layer of adhesive/glue/synthetic resin and a top sheet of plastic laminate. Van coverings can also be finished with special glass-resin outer corners and a stainless steel profile all around the door rear frame.
