Complete feed mill - Line Food

Description

The plant consists of a grain unloading pit, with a capacity of 40 tons / h, which transports them to the storage silos through a system of augers. Along the way there is a grain "cleaner", which removes impurities.

The fully automatic discharge pit is equipped with a dust extraction and filtering system.

From the storage silos, the raw materials are "called" into the internal cells by means of a computerized system that manages the load so that no ingredient is ever lacking according to the production of the moment.

The various recipes are then managed via PC. The components are weighed in a special 1,000 kg container based on the type of feed to be produced.

Once the mixture has been weighed, it passes into a first mixer with two reels which has the function of making the grain homogeneous in order to have a grinding without consumption peaks due to the different consistency of the cereals (e.g. barley vs. soy flour) in addition to having a first homogenization of the product.

We then move on to the grinding phase, with two mills equipped with a 125 hp engine each; in one of them an additional 60 hp motor is mounted for the coarse grinding of some productions.

Once the grinding has been carried out, the premix is ​​sucked into another container, and along the way the liquid products also managed by PC and the microelements such as vitamins and additives are added. Then by gravity the premix descends into the mixer, equipped with load cells, for the definitive homogenization of the required product.
The grinding and mixing time is about 4 minutes per 1000 kg cycle of product, for an hourly capacity of 10 ton / h.

Once the mixing phase is complete, the feed takes the destination of the external storage silos of the finished product and / or of the bagging.
