Description

The scaffolding platform production line was manufactured in 2015. The machine allows for the efficient production of steel platforms for construction scaffolding. The platforms are made of unrolled sheet metal, which then passes through a straightening machine and is further subjected to the appropriate processing stages. In the first phase, appropriate side holes are cut in the sheet metal, then the sheet metal is perforated to ensure appropriate anti-slip properties. Then, the prepared sheet metal goes to the roller forming line, which gives the final shape of the platform. The software used allows you to choose from 8 different platform lengths, starting from 0.73 m and ending with 3.07 m. The complete technological line for the production of steel platforms with equipment performs the entire process fully automatically.

The automated production line for construction scaffolding platforms consists of:

- presses for cutting the sides of the platform at the appropriate height/length
- bottom-drive perforation press
- cutting dies and stamping dies
- rollers bending the shape of the platform
