This VORAN equipment works from production to filling:
Fruit is washed in tub, goes to the mill, juice is squeezed into special tub (the rest of the fruit goes outside in container - if the client wants, he can dry the rest and use it when making energy bars), then the juice is pumped into 200 L stainless steel barrels, after that it goes to the pasteurizer, after that to the filling.
2 people work on the filling, they manually bring 3 and 5 L bags under the valve, and the capping is done automatically on the filler. After that, bags are manually placed in cardboard box and box is closed manually.
Equipment is complete, except that it does not have lifter/dumper for large box pallets for inserting apples - this can be done locally by each client.
Equipment has the ability to fill glass bottles 0.2 - 0.7 - 1 L on 6-valve filler, but owner of this equipment has never used it, so he does not know the capacity.
