9D718 Machine for balancing heavy rotors weighing 30 – 3000kg.
Universal, with horizontal axis, hard-bearing type.

Can be used to balance rotors such as
• inter-support and cantilever rotors (armatures, pumps, turbine rotors)
• rotors on special mandrels (smoke pumps, fans, pulleys, impellers)
• rotor in own bearings (shafts, rollers)

• High balancing accuracy 0,4 gmm/kg = 0,4 µm
• The special design of the rollers, which are assembled with precision bearings and use the advanced grinding
• Enables measurement of large initial unbalances, as well as correction of rotor unbalance directly on the machine.
• Safety balancing of the rotor at low rotational speeds.
• Balancing of rotors with very short rotor bearing journals.
• Belt tensioning mechanism has a large stroke length so that all workpieces can be balanced with 2 belts.
• Powered by frequency inverter asynchronous electric drive, allowing variable speed control and smooth acceleration/deceleration.
