The machinery consists of a washing, disinfection and packaging line for fruit products or other spherical products inserted inside a totally sterile containment chamber.

The product load inserted in a work cycle can be a maximum of about 5 quintals for a total load of about 300 quintals on an 8-hour shift.

The entire load is conveyed into a vibrating loading hopper measuring 1300 mm x 1800 mm and through a slide follows the entry into a die (screw) to clean the product.

This first step allows to separate the clean product from the rest of the dirty material conveyed through special pipes, for example in an Imhoff pit.
