This net bulk weigher ENW-50-G is an automatic weigher for free-flowing products, such as pelletised, granulated (granular) or crystalline bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.75 kg/ dm³.
Wheat, grain, seeds, pulses, ... were bagged with it.

The valve bag filling is automatic alternating (while one bag is being filled, the other one is being put on), the big bag filling is manual alternating (left or right).
The system includes a bag magazine (hedgehog magazine) and a discharge conveyor after bag discharge. A palletiser can be optionally connected to this.
The dust extraction system should be supplemented (we also have suitable pipes, blowers and filters if you do not have a central dust extraction system).
The hopper above the weighing unit should be replaced.
I would also replace the two end pieces at the bigbag filling unit.
We can make special bigbag holders (for hanging) for you.
The piping of the filling line can be replaced (possibly necessary for e.g. organic or Demeter products).

Filling is particularly suitable for filling valve bags with bulk materials that are granular, small or semi-grain.
Cereals, wheat, rye, spelt, barley, ... have been filled with it so far. Also suitable for beans, peas, ... so also for pulses.
Parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Therefore suitable for food and animal feed.
Also suitable for wood pellets.

We can offer you a closed, 17 m long CIMBRIA HEID belt conveyor which is adapted to this system (year 2003).
We have a 14-metre-long frame as a substructure for this.

Optional: As of today, we can also offer you a matching printing and labelling unit with a ZEBRA 110 PAX-3 OEM printer (300dpi).
However, the previous owner may still need this until he is fully satisfied with his new unit.

The electronics are, apart from a few cables, intact and professionally retracted. The switch cabinet is very clean, without complaint, and already equipped with a Siemens Siematic S7-300 as well as SEW inverters. Weber Waagenbau Dialog 165V control panel.
The pneumatic hoses are intact. An almost new BUSCH R5 0040 F vacuum pump is included.

We can refurbish the unit for you and adapt it individually to the new location, where we also remount it. The space requirement is approx. 6 metres x approx. 9 metres, in height approx. 10 metres. The plant has been serviced, nevertheless we recommend an overhaul together with the Weber company.
