Melting powder machines for sprinkling printed transfer sheets

The machine consists of the following:
Powder hopper and vibrator conveyor unit with which the quantity of powder spread can be adjusted very precisely, continuously and uniformly.
- Net belt conveyor with infinitely variable speed, 90 cm wide, 130 cm long,
further extended with 130 cm feed belt, i.e. total length of machine with feed belt
are 260 cm with belt height 88 cm +/- 3 cm.
The net belt conveyor is equipped with a shaking unit and brush for belt cleaning, and has two transverse ion bars to reduce electrostatic conditions.
- Integrated hoover system that automatically cleans the filter bags, with underlying collection hopper and powder pump. The excess powder and air is sucked in (Frekvens regulator built in), cleaned and automatically recycled back into the process.
