Wintech WLX 203 with 10 stations fully automated and in operation. Dual injection for two-color products. Automatic 10-station rotary machine for the production of rain and safety boots, one and two colors in thermoplastic materials. It is used to produce two-color PVC rain boots. Thanks to the two separate press/injection units, the WLX203 is also suitable for the production of safety boots with steel soles and toes housed directly in the mold, as well as rain and work boots. The machine can work with both U/S (Upper/Sole) and S/U (Sole/Upper), even during the same production cycle by virtue of the automated position change of the sole injection unit. Very little use, less than 25,000 hours in operation to date, all parts remain original from the manufacturer apart from the basic filters and certain heating elements. Liquid-cooled molds for fast-setting products and continuous production. Automatic micros for cutting injection for minimal material waste. Chiller and motor included. All machine accessories are included and everything works perfectly. Molds can be sold separately.
