1 Used Wolf Stainless Steel Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine, Model VPC-250. Serial #: . Machine #: 2639. Machine was manufactured in 2020 and is constructed in Stainless Steel for washdown. Is set up for continuous operation last filling pouches of a medical food powder.

Machine Specifications: Speeds up to 200 pouches per minute. Can do pillow, gusset or chain bags, (with the proper tooling). Is currently set up to fill 1.2 oz, (33.4g) sachets. Bag width: 50mm to 250mm. Bag length: 40mm to 250mm. Filling volume: 4000cm³. Film reel diameter: 600mm. Air requirements: 80l/min @ 6 bar. Can be used for all heat sealable wrapping materials. Can be used for delicate products due to its low drop height. Comes with a programmable Allen Bradley PanelView Plus colour touchscreen with hard start/stop/reset and emergency stop buttons.

PanelView Functionality:

· control for bag length

· photoeye control for accurate eyemark reading of printed films

· servo driven cross sealing station

· servo driven film draw-down belts
