The YCM FP100A CNC vertical machining centre manufactured in 2014 in Taiwan is used in precise 3D machining of heavy details weighing up to 1000 kg. In order to obtain excellent precision and accuracy of machining, the machine uses modern technologies and components from renowned brands.

The FP100 A milling centre has, among others, a reliable spindle built in IDD (Isolated Direct Drive) technology with a cooling circuit. The spindle moves in the X, Y, Z axes on roller guides from the Japanese company IKO, which minimise the effects of the bending moment and ensure high positioning accuracy. Additionally, the use of precise ceramic bearings guarantees quiet operation and long spindle life.
