Description

The ZEMAT PULSA ECO 500 impulse sealing machine, manufactured in 2019 in Poland, is an ideal solution for the production of canopies, awnings, pergolas, roller blinds, banners, etc. The compact machine with an open design has several operating modes, with individual temperature control of the upper and lower sealing electrodes. This system, combined with InvisiWELD technology, guarantees the creation of virtually invisible, precise and strong welds. The operator additionally has at his disposal special hand tools for welding, among other things, tabs, pockets and zippers. The semi-automatic ZEMAT PULSA ECO impulse welder was put into production in 2023 and has been used for only a dozen processing operations during this time. The total weight of the machine is 1800 kg.
