The difference between E60 and E60 AP is that E60AP is the upgrade version
of E60 for higher speed and accuracy. The ASM Eagle-60 and Eagle 60AP are
used for MLF pkg, POP pkg, CSP pkg, PBPA pkg, etc.

The following is the test info:
a. Wire Pull test
Condition: When 0.7 mil gold wire is applied
Bonding strength test report: a. Gold wire bonding is above 7g

b. Copper wire bonding is above 8g

C. Gold ball Shear is above 8g
under 1 mil gold wire the bonding strengh:>10g

b. The machines are running both single units and multiple unit (lead-frame)
as well as PCB substrate

c. The Gold/Copper wire: diameter is 0.7mil-1mil

We also have an engineer who can travel to the customer for installation,
setup, and training up to one week at free of charge. Please let me know if
