The static tray drying ovens manufactured by ICOS rank with the most technologically advanced machines in the field. SECTORS OF USE:
This range of machines is used for drying by hot air materials such as granulates, powders and porous load used in the process of pharmaceutical industries.

MAIN FEATURES:
This is a static air tray drying oven, that works by electricity and has been designed to distribute air accurately and evenly between trays for consistent drying with maximum fuel efficiency and minimum air volume. The unit was previously used to dehydrate powder for nutraceutical products. The unit is complete with the stainless steel dollies.

The tray drying oven is provided with a control system made up of a programmable controller (PLC), operating panel (OP) or industrial computer (PC) and printer. It allows an easy interfacing with the operator and makes it possible to customize the work cycles and maintenance operations. The system provides a complete process documentation.
