DESCRIPTION:
Powder filling line for sachets. The line consists of a sachet forming and filling machine and a cartoning machine. The high production sachet filling machine particularly designed for fully automated packaging lines for multiple forming and filling. MAIN FEATURES:
Powder filling machine
The ASC is an automatic vertical filling machine with continuous and intermittent movements for packing sachets sealed on 4 sides. The packaging film unwinds to reach the parting knife which divides the film in two bands. The bands are continuously pulled by the vertical sealing rollers which seal the two sides of the sachets. Each feeding funnel is inserted between the two vertical sealings, thus shaping the sachet and allowing it to be filled. The machine is equipped with a dosing unit, which sends tot he sachets the desired quantity of product at every cycle. Just below the vertical sealing rollers are placed the horizontal sealing jaws, which purpose is to seal the top and bottom side of the sachets. A number of rotary knives slit the packaging film in as many longitudinal stripes as the number of lanes of the machine. The sachets, already shaped and filled, go down to the horizontal cut unit, which separates them by cutting them at the set length. The kind of film usable with this machine are coupled materials thermosealable with the sealing system installed. Auger type multilane dosing device.

Cartoner
The B120 horizontal cartoning machine is an alternating movement machine with balcony structure that allows for simple and convenient maintenance. Any type of carton can be worked: even and alternate flaps, upwards or downwards closing. Forced opening of the carton is carried out by an arm upon which two series of opposite suction cups are mounted. The cartoner is integrated ina system of transferring sachets coming from the packaging machine, counting and stacking the same with pick and place and their subsequent transfer to the cartoning machine with insertion of the instructions. The two pick and place units allow an operativity of between 50 and 55 cycles of double stickpacks on 2+2 paths, total 200-220 single sachets/min. The entire systemis sized and synchronised to obtain a maximum of 22-23 cartons of 5 double sachets, 10 single stickpacks/min. The machine is equipped with a GUK PA21/2-2 leaflet folder.
