Seidenader MS-40 (Year 2012) automatic inspection machine for ampoules & vials, fitted with 8 cameras as follows:

1 - to ensure no product with gross defects can enter the machine
2 - colour inspection of prouct colour as well as ring code/TipCap colour
3 - side wall and fill height control
4 & 5 - particle inspection
6, 7 & 8 - ampoule tip or TipCap inspection for height and ablation, tip shape and damage in the tip area, TipCap check.

With format parts for 1 & 2ml ampoules 10.75mm diameter (400/minute), 3ml & 5ml ampoules 14.75mm diameter (350/minute), and 2R vials 16mm diameter (340/minute)
