Presenting a fully automatic blister packaging machine, employing intermittent motion and boasting a remarkable capacity of up to 50 cycles per minute, with a maximum output of 200 blisters per minute based on blister size.

The machine features a 'balcony construction,' where all pertinent stations are independent modules, extending from a sizable aluminum plate forming the machine's front. The remaining cabinet is made of fabricated steel, housing the drive unit, gear trains, chain drives, and electrical control equipment.

Utilizing PVC, PVC/PVDC, and PVC/Aclar films drawn from reels, the material undergoes heating and softening before deep-drawn at the blister-forming station. Compressed air aids in molding the blisters, with the web then pulled forward, up, and across the feeding area for product filling.

Moving to the sealing station, filled blisters are covered with aluminum top foil drawn from a mounted reel above. The heated top sealing plate incorporates coding digits for embossing codes during sealing. Air-operated grippers pull the web through a short cooling plate before cutting out from the web.

The web proceeds to the guillotine cutting station, where blisters are cut out and discharged down a chute for collection. Operator controls, including thermostats and temperature gauges, are conveniently located on the right-hand side console, shielded by interlocked sliding Perspex doors. The rear of the machine cabinet features hinged doors for easy access during cleaning and maintenance.
