condition available for sale.
Line consisting of :

a)
150mm Battenfeld/gloenco extruder, 32d electrically heated fan cooled barrel, 300kw Bull DC motor. 150mm lantern slide screen changer with power pack plus accumulator
b) 2700mm automatic EDI sheet die with air knife and blower
c) 2700 x 500mm Battenfeld 2 chill roll cast unit, fitted with individual DC drives and 2 speed gear boxes, water conditioning unit.
d) Kaltech Make upgraded sheet thickness measurement unit.
e) 2700mm Sherman make double sided treater with twin GT 220 generators
f) 2700mm Battenfeld/Gloenco twin station turret winder with upgraded tension controls for gap, lay on winding with taper tension, 75 or 150mm airshafts.
g) Spare roll for chill station to run PP 20 to 200 microns. Rated output of 300 to 600kg/hr dependant on grade and width.
