When the doors are opened, an interlock switch automatically shuts off the fans and burners for user safety. This unit is built with corrosion-, dent-, and wear-resistant stainless steel sides, front, top while its casters facilitate smooth mobility for cleaning or maintenance.

Operators can adjust each deck's temperature from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with the corresponding manual temperature knob, while a temperature-ready indicator light glows when the oven is preheated. A timer notifies the operator when foods are finished cooking to reduce the risk of under or overdone products, and for even air circulation, it's built with a forced-air, two-speed fan motor.
